Studios are now installing codes in their files that can be traced to the computer doing the downloading. Plus, they've also managed to create dummy files that don't even work when you download. Aside from the legal ramifications there are also other things to consider. Some people actually encode viruses within the files. So one simple download could do major damage to your computer.
